I joined OSIsoft as a co-op during my studies at the University of Tennessee where I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and concentration in Artificial Intelligence. My studies prepared me for technical solution finding by learning there are many different angles to approach a given problem. At OSIsoft, I work on developing technical solutions for our customers in the discrete manufacturing space, enabling them to make data-driven decisions. What I like most about OSIsoft is the brilliant and supportive people who make problem solving here fun, accompanied by a great work-life balance.
I received my first Master of Science degree from Moscow Power Engineering University in Engineering with a major in Automatics and Control of Technical Systems. I got my second Master of Science from Technical University Ilmenau (Germany) with a major in Automatics and Informatics where I was working with biomedical signals, graphics, audios and the other types of data. I've been a Product Support Engineer at OSIsoft for about a year. I am helping customers with their tasks and issues in 3 languages: German, Russian, and English. Teaching, trainings and field service are also a part of my job. I like that at OSIsoft I have a lot of opportunities to grow and try different fields of work. I enjoy how challenging and interesting my work is; time flies!

Once you are determined to be a fit for the role, you will be invited to phone interview with one of our engineers, who currently works in, or has previously worked in, the role you applied to. The phone interview will be an opportunity for us to learn more about your skills and experience and for you to learn more about the position and OSIsoft.
The final stage of the recruitment process involves coming into one of our offices to meet with a few members of the OSIsoft team, typically those who work in the team you applied to. Your interview will consist of a combination of behavioral-based and technical questions. During the on-site interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position, team, and company as well as ask any questions have.
